  They helped my granddaughter pick out two great hermit crabs I'm very thankful for that because I have no knowledge of hermit crabs. They were very respectful and very nice and courteous. Thank you Petco family

  The worst experience. I took my Pomeranian there for the first time—having recently moved to Missouri—and put my trust in them, but they ruined her coat. They left bald patches and butchered the cut, trimming it so short her skin was showing; and considering how delicate the breed is... it was heartbreaking to see the state she was in when I got her back compared to when I dropped her off. Now I can only hope this doesn't cause some form of alopecia.

  I went to this store to purchase 4 goldfish, a betta fish (along with all of the supplies), and 2 mice (along with all of the supplies) and after getting EVERYTHING but the 2 mice in the cart, the employee would not sell me 2 or even 1 mouse stating a 5 gallon tank isnt big enough temporarily not even for a week and a half when they had 21 mice in a 10 gallon tank. Instead of spending my $200 there, I went elsewhere

  While in the fish section (which looks very well taken care of), I overheard Brad giving advice to new fish owners. He did such a great job explaining how to properly care for fish and I really appreciate that because having them as pets is much harder than people may think. Thanks for educating Brad!!

  I have used petco for the last 17 years for my dogs grooming. My last experience was terrible. The groomer had my yorkie dog for 4 1/2 hours and didn’t even get finished. The groomer said my dog was biting at her. Funny because most of her teeth are gone. She has never bit at anyone ever and I have only received nice notes about her except maybe bad reports when getting nails trimmed. The groomer somehow managed to cut most of her nails. I’m not even sure she had a bath. I was expected to pay full price. Will not be going back.
