  They do not have a very good animal/pet selection. Plenty of supplies though. Not a single person even acknowledged us. So we left.

  The Girl at the register with glasses was very helpful and informative and took the time to walk me through what I needed.

  I came in the farmington location for crickets and cat food at 11:30 pm. Initially staff was everywhere, they had some sort of re organizing happening. I politely asked one of the several employees, where I could find crickets, she politely pointed me to the wrong place. I asked another employee who was very rude and said you get them up front, there was no sign of the cricket station and No one was at register. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

  The few times we bought Dolly in her nails were not buffed after being trimmed, and the gland extraction wasn’t done as we were charged for it. She used to be excited to go, now she’s afraid like she may have been mistreated. The service has gone down and the prices have gone up. We take her to someone different, so far they have done a better job at a better price.
