- MSMelissa SmithJun 30, 20262.0I had decided to give Petco a try for grooming. I had an appointment today at 11am, and unfortunately still waiting. Was told the noon appointment was late ( getting a call 3 hrs later) and was told they had to start that one first because it had severe matting. Well, if that late, they should have had to wait as there were appointments following that appointment. For what they charge, I would think an appointment time is an appointment time not more than 3 hours later! Had they told me it would take the whole day I would have planned to drop my dog off. I decided to shop while they were grooming my dog but didn't plan on while day shopping. Very disappointed and frustrated with the service I received today and as a first time customer of the grooming service. Hopefully the haircut will outweigh the prolonged wait time. We shall see.
