  I had decided to give Petco a try for grooming. I had an appointment today at 11am, and unfortunately still waiting. Was told the noon appointment was late ( getting a call 3 hrs later) and was told they had to start that one first because it had severe matting. Well, if that late, they should have had to wait as there were appointments following that appointment. For what they charge, I would think an appointment time is an appointment time not more than 3 hours later! Had they told me it would take the whole day I would have planned to drop my dog off. I decided to shop while they were grooming my dog but didn't plan on while day shopping. Very disappointed and frustrated with the service I received today and as a first time customer of the grooming service. Hopefully the haircut will outweigh the prolonged wait time. We shall see.

  Just went into this petco, i was looking at the betta fish and half of them were dead or sick. Do better petco and get them out of those shitty cups.

  Very helpful staff, always clean and well stocked. Both the cashiers and others are always available to help you out.

  Rachel was so sweet when I was having a really hard day and helped me find everything I needed for my puppy and my cats, which seemed to have run out of everything at the same time. Made my day a while lot better chatting while we walked instead of walking around like a lost puppy myself trying to find everything.
