- AWAshley WMay 18, 20261.0If I could give 0, I would. I picked up my 5 pound dog and after getting home noticed she had multiple deep cuts, as well as a handful of superficial cuts and some bruising on her. I understand accidents happen, but this was far beyond anything normal (confirmed by the vet). None of this was even disclosed to me at pick up. The groomer, Sam S, didn't mention any incident or anything of the sort. I ended up having to take her to the emergency vet. It turns out one of the cuts, about 1.5inches long, was so deep her tendon is exposed. She has cuts between her foot pads, chunk taken out of her ear, and like I said multiple other wounds. I spoke with the store manager and he ended up taking care of the vet bill and filing an incident report, I still had to pay for the grooming (the groomer had me pay before I even saw my dog) but this should have never happened. I would NEVER recommend this place for grooming.
