We were informed at drop off that they were running behind and it may take 3-4 hours to complete which we were fine with. After no updates, we stopped in the store at 4pm and found that our dog was not ready and the groomer was in the bathroom and they will be in touch. 35 minutes later we received a text informing us that our dog was ready but they could not do her face or paws. The face and paws were not done because the dog was nipping at the groomer. We have a 6 pound, 17 year old Yorkie with no teeth that I guess is to much to handle. We were also charged the full price of over $65 to have this service performed which was not fully completed. This has never been an issue in all the other times we have had our dog groomed at PetCo.
