  Platinum Paws is seriously the best. My dogs were hot messes when I brought them in recently and they fixed them up SO well. Seriously, one of my dogs looked like a tiny wooly mammoth, and was desperate for a groom. What I like the most about Platinum Paws is that they are cage free and actually care about your dog. Our dogs always come home happy and excited from Platinum Paws compared to our previous groomers. Their prices are so fair and they always do a great job. I look forward to our dogs getting groomed every time :)

  They’re always super flexible with me. I’ve been taking my dog here for two years now and she always comes out looking like a 10/10. My dog whines anytime she gets separated from me but once she realizes that we’re going here she can’t wait to get inside.

  my appt was for 0800. I showed up with all 3 dogs at 0825. the owner canceled 1 of the 3 because I let his rabies vaccine lapse by 2 days, but then proceeded to refuse to groom 1 of the 2 girls simply because I was 10 minutes outside my drop-off window (15 minute window apparently). the thing is they'd already made up the 10 minutes refusing the male, so the other cancelation was over the top. they then charged me $215 (rounded) for "canceling at the last minute", even though they canceled on me. I was never given a copy of their policy. I saw it on their little tablet when I signed it a long time ago. I honestly thought I had a 30 minute drop-off window. needless to say, I'm unhappy as I feel scammed. I used to sing their praises & recommend them to everyone, but this has terminated any future business with this company. I honestly feel they have simply over-booked themselves & use their policies to screw customers who can't be perfectly punctual. BTW, I was running late because my child was at home with a gi bug, so I had to make sure she was setup before leaving the house. I'd give zero stars if I could, not for their grooming, as it was pretty good, but for their bad policies & abuse of customers with them. please forgive typos, I'm writing this on my cell.

  Melodi groomed my mini poodle, Lucy SO GOOD. She smelled & looked amazing after her groom!! Melodi helped bring back Lucy’s spunky personality after a long overdue haircut (seriously, Lucy hasn’t stopped being super sassy ALL DAY, she has 100% been feeling herself). Lucy is an old girl and has medical issues and Melodi was super accommodating and gentle with her. If I could rate above 5 stars I would in a heartbeat because Platinum Paws sooo deserves it! Thank you so much!!!! <3
