About 10 days after placing the order, I called to ask for an update because the kennel was supposedly arriving the following day, yet Petco’s website still showed no shipping information whatsoever. The very next day, they simply canceled my order because the kennel was out of stock. Now my flight is only a few days away, and I am left scrambling to find an airline-approved kennel at the last minute. If you cannot fulfill an order, do not sell the item and let a customer wait nearly two weeks before telling them it is unavailable. This is incredibly irresponsible. You are not just wasting people’s time and money. In situations like mine, you can seriously disrupt their travel plans. Absolutely unacceptable.

My wife fled the store while I spent 45 minutes inside researching dog foods -- but it was excruciating for me and I will never return
