- EGemily greenSep 29, 20261.0Animals under the care of PetCo Cape Girardeau receive inadequate care. It’s on the lines of abuse how neglected they are. Many of them are sick/dying. This goes from fish to birds etc. They do not take care of these animals.

- RRRyanSep 14, 20265.0Been in and out of here a few times recently. Bought a 75 gallon aquarium to start my reef tank. Dude that helped load it in my civic was super nice. Went back a week or so later to look at equipment, get some cost ideas and had a basic knowledge of what we were looking for. One of the associates (I apologize for not remembering your name atm) was super helpful. She even told us she didn't know much about saltwater until she worked there. She was super friendly, helpful, even took our notebook to make notes for us so we could research on our own time as well. I bet we spent the better part of an hour to an hour and a half speaking with her, off and on. We always encouraged her to help other customers and to take her time. She always came back and helped us understand how it works together and show us things that would be more compatible in store, whether it be equipment, fish or coral. We will definitely be back to purchase more of our equipment, and she is a huge part of the reason why.
- DMDalton MalinAug 22, 20261.0Apparently this place prefers their dog groomers be inconsiderate to your animal. My favorite dog groomer just got let go due to taking extra care on a old matted dog. Dont get your pet groomed here as they want them to be done quickly and with haste. This is like firing a nurse cause they took extra good care of your grandma.
