  The girls are great with Tubbs & Panda Sue... I take them to get their nails trimmed & even though they have changed it from a free service to 10$ per pet its definitely worth it! I have no problem paying even giving a lil extra for their service. Happy Tails is the place to go!!!

  Dropped my dogs off on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday. Was told Sunday we are only open 4pm to 7pm. However when I showed up at 4pm Sunday to pick them up I was charged for Saturday & Sunday. When I asked why I was told" we charge like a hotel. Check out is 11 am". When I responded "ok, but how can I pick them up by 11am when you aren't even open until 4pm" the two girls working just shrugged their shoulders & said that's our policy. So basically they force you to pay for 2 days by making it impossible to pick them up by their 11 am check out time. I will never use them again. Very dissatisfied customer.

  Wonderful people who love dogs and are very flexible when working around a busy schedule like ours. I do wish they had cameras that you could log into to see your pets while you're gone but maybe they'll add that soon! Been a customer there for years and have never had a bad experience.
