I understand policy and being in the wrong, being late etc. The staff’s response was horrible, though they got us another appointment. I won’t trust my pet with such a rude front desk though… will take at another clinic.

- SMSteve MoffattMay 31, 20265.0I truly cannot thank everyone at Vetco enough for the care, compassion, and support they showed our family during one of the most difficult moments we’ve been through as a family. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer, and we ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. She had been a patient here and always loved coming to see the staff. On a day filled with so much sadness, the entire team did everything possible to make her final moments peaceful and comfortable. They had a room prepared for us, treated her with incredible kindness, and gave our family all the time we needed to be with her. Every member of the staff was compassionate, supportive, and understanding, helping us through an experience that no pet owner ever wants to face. While I left a piece of my heart there with her that day, the team at Vetco made an unbearable situation a little easier to carry. I will never forget their kindness, and I will always be grateful for the love and dignity they showed our beloved girl. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
