  I've been coming here for about 3 years only because its easier to access then the closest petsmart. At first I thought it odd that so many items did not match the price online, then I asked and was told they just hadn't gotten around to changing the tags, and after 3 years I realize its not a bug its a feature. Half of my items on any given trip reguardless of what animal section im shopping in needs to be price matched to their own website. Any cheer they might have evaporates when they have to pull in a frustrated manager to change prices. It can't be a screen shot, it cant be in the online cart, oh another one? I'm not trying to trick your store into a lower price, I'd just like to pay what it actually cost. But they have the items I need and I don't have to fight through brentwood promenade to get them for the low price of looking up all the prices, calmly showing them each price online, and a line of people about to be over charged for their own items forming behind you. If you need to skim that much off the top to stay open they you shouldn't be open. TLDR - Price check everything

  Desk pets are a disgusting way to exploit and abuse animals, petco should be ashamed but time and time again they prove that they will choose profit over ending the suffering of the animals they promote as being product on a shelf

  Always have a great experience here. The staff is very friendly. My puppy also enjoys our visits at this location.

  I was caught in traffic due to lane closure. I had a 1:15 pm appointment today Sunday, April 19 2026 (for two dogs). I called the store and spoke with the grooming lead to advise. When I arrived at the store I was told it was 1:35 and I was more than 15 minutes late and would not be serviced. I was concerned and feeling I could have been advised about only having a late window of 15 minutes for servicing when I called to say I was running late. I asked to speak to the store manager. Instead, I was brought the grooming lead, who advised she was the one I had told I would be late. She said she did not advise me, because she was not aware of the policy. I. asked how long she had been there she stated 2 years. Then the other woman stated you are being rude and yelling. I said I was not... I was only asking questions. I changed my octave and said see this is my loud and rude. I asked how many animals do you book your groomers for one appointment...the reply was 3. I conveyed that's too many for one groomer who only has two hands.Thdle groomer lead mentioned a discount on future servicing. I stated my animals would not be groomed ever by Petco. She then said we are calling security. Be careful...that's a dangerous way for them to have gaslit me for asking questions. It was a horrible way to treat anyone. The other person that was so offensive and seemingly challenged by my questions pertaining to policy and procedures had blue hair. Aaron with customer care of Petco advised do not go back in the store to request names. Be aware and careful. There is ample parking. Servicing has been welcoming in many locations up until this point. Prices are standard
