  I had a really good experience here. its affordable, the vet was sweet, knowledgable and down to earth. My cat made a huge mess in his carrier on the way to the vet and the receptionist helped me clean it up. She was so sweet and accommodating! I really appreciate all of their help!

  I paid $65+ tax for a grooming apt at which time my dog was cut & left miserable for days after. My dog was injured during a groomimg session on Wednesday. I noticed after getting him home & called petco immediately- they asked me to bring him in the next day. I have a hybrid schedule so i wasnt able to, however I took him to the vet side early on Friday morning. The veterinarian advised the cut was infected & it couldn't be closed up. My dog was given a cone, oral meds, a cream and antibiotics shot. Vetco/petco covered the vet part and gave me a weak apology. I submitted a contact me form when this happened over a week ago, never received a call back, an email, or even a followup call to check on him after their screw up. I blame myself bc he was cut before by one of their groomers & it required the veterinarian to apply glue to his ear. Im disappointed in the lack of ownership in both situations. A refund or partial should have definitely been offered but it wasnt either time. Just a "dogs move& it happens" For reference my dog is a toy/ small breed about 5-6 lbs. Ive always told the groomers if he's to wiggly or nervous STOP the cut I'll still pay for the service but I dont want him stressed or hurt-it never happed bc "its normal for small dogs to be nervous and tuck themselves" Needless to say he's not going back ive lost trust in their groomers and honestly the cut overall was not good or what I asked for.

  i ordered online for a puckupi had an electronic coupon that i used and later saw another item that i wanted.the coupon had already been used and nothing could be added to get that discount but i called the store and the manager maybe im wrong but i believe her name was mary told me she wiuld give me that discount when i came to rhe store and purchased tje additional item.everything went smoothly git a chance to meet mary a good experience.thank you mary thank you petco
