  I am disgusted in this place. I took my sick cat that wasn't eating or drinking, had discharge coming out of her eyes and nose. To be told she's didnt need anything that she was fine. Gave them a coupon for a free first time visit and dropped her off. Had to go to work and had my husband pick her up, and they forced him to pay the visit fee. The woman at the front is extremely rude, and not friendly for a receptionist. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Do not take your pets here if they need to be treated.

  I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shoemake and the staff at this Banfield location. Dr. Shoemake went far beyond anything I have ever seen from a veterinarian—or any professional, for that matter—when it came to helping us relocate our dog from the United States to South Africa. This was not a routine process. It was an extremely complex, time-sensitive international relocation involving strict requirements, USDA approvals, FedEx shipment deadlines, and countless details that had to be handled correctly and within very narrow timeframes. I could see the pressure he was under, and I know this was far outside the scope of a typical veterinary appointment. Yet he remained professional, committed, and determined to help us succeed. What impressed me most was that he continued working on our case even on days when he wasn't scheduled to be at Banfield. That level of dedication is incredibly rare. Thanks to Dr. Shoemake's hard work, persistence, and willingness to go above and beyond, we were able to accomplish something that at times felt nearly impossible. His expertise, responsiveness, and genuine concern for both our family and our dog made all the difference. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Shoemake and the entire Banfield team for their support throughout this process. Banfield is fortunate to have someone of his caliber on staff. He is an outstanding veterinarian, a true professional, and absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides. Thank you all for everything you did for our family and for Tank.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I scheduled appointments with this veterinary clinic twice, and both times I arrived to find the clinic completely closed. What makes this even worse is that their website still allowed appointments to be booked, yet there was absolutely no notification, cancellation email, phone call, or text message informing me that they would not be open. After the first time, I tried to be understanding and assumed it was an unexpected situation. But having the exact same thing happen a second time shows a serious level of disorganization and irresponsibility. As a pet owner, arranging time, adjusting work schedules, and transporting a pet to an appointment is not simple. Showing up only to discover the clinic is closed is incredibly frustrating and disruptive, especially when there was every indication that the appointment was confirmed. If a clinic cannot manage something as basic as updating its operating status and communicating with scheduled clients, it should not continue accepting online appointments. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in the professionalism and reliability of this clinic. I strongly recommend that other pet owners confirm repeatedly before going, otherwise you may end up wasting your time just like I did — twice.
