After moving closer to Blue Springs, we started coming to this location, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing from the beginning—particularly with the groomer, Jenni. This is not personal, as she has never actually groomed or fully handled our dogs. However, we have repeatedly had uncomfortable interactions with her when arriving for our appointments. We have already had to file a formal complaint regarding her behavior, yet the issues continue. When booking, we selected a specific groomer, but were still assigned to her. During a recent VIP appointment, she ignored my husband for several minutes before finally acknowledging him, only to say she didn’t have time and question why our dog was scheduled with her. She continued to express frustration about our appointment, even though we booked weeks in advance and had no control over scheduling. When discussing the grooming details, she began picking at our dog in an aggressive and unfriendly manner while asking what we wanted done. This made us extremely uncomfortable. At that point, my husband decided we could not trust leaving our dog in that environment. Her behavior was unsettling and not what we expect when trusting someone with our pets. Because of this experience, we will no longer be bringing our dogs to this location for services.

- CYCindy YarbroughFeb 21, 20265.0I would have never expected to connect so much with my Babies Groomers at a big chain store. I was so wrong. This group of Groomers are amazing!!!! Jeni, Katie, and Maryanna are so absolutely incredible. They are kind and gentle, they took their time and listened to me and took the absolute best care of my babies. I will not go anywhere else as long as these ladies are there.
