    ​"Had an excellent experience at this Petco location! I walked in needing some guidance and asked the staff for help. Not only did they guide me directly to the right aisle, but they also took the time to ask me a few thoughtful questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Before I left, they walked me through everything and explained how to use the products. Huge shout out to the staff for being so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! I left with exactly what I needed and complete peace of mind."

    This store rounds up your balance without asking for "charity". Yes it's on my receipt and no I didn't give them permission. No wonder the cashier asks if you want your receipt. I called the store manager and he admitted it calling it a "glitch" in the system. Sure. REPLY TO OWNER: Well, your manager didn't seem too surprised by it. When he told me that he acted like it had been going on for a long time, so not sure about transparency. When I told him I was going to contact someone about it he was snotty and told me to go ahead. So there's your transparency.

    They quit in the middle of their job, and made up some bullshit reason to not finish the job. My dog just went to the vet perfectly healthy. Worst experience ever, don't advertise something you can't do, that is false advertising. What a joke of a business.

    Only giving one star because only one guy was nice enough to help out and ADMIT he didn't know anything about mice instead of lying to me. I was told by one female employee that all mice are males, and that they only sell males. They sold me a male and a female. The male came with a respiratory infection, I was then sold a highly toxic odor spray that can kill mice. When she picked up the mice, she picked them up by their tails, which in case you didn't know, is extremely painful and uncomfortable for mice, rats, and gerbils alike. So not only are the mice not sexxed, they're being put through pain when removed from the habitat. And when I asked for help, she acted like I was bothering her or it was a crime to even ask for assistance in buying a mouse. Never supporting this business again. Do better.

    0 stars - Nothing but bad service, the moment Jeni walked into your store. I walked in on time for my appt, she finally strolled in after 9am (like a dog club Saturday morning dogs gone wild stg) they use a intravel service. I was told 3-4 hours bye the young lady who was there on time for her job. I came back 4 hours later and was screamed at by jeni stating she had 4 dogs matted ( not just problem) my dogs 6pds. She charged me for matting without looking at Samuel / I want a refund and jeni needs a attitude adjustment Also stop asking for tips - I gave her zero - I came to get Samuel after 4 hours she said no one told u 4 hours she lucky I did not snap - so wild - want a tip? Be patient be kind - my dogs camo home hurt I think she did it out of spite clipped his right paw he is now limping - u are awful jeni - get a better attitude we all have to work $100 I want my money back
