However my roommate made a wrong turn. However I did find what I needed to buy for my feather kid (Alora) plus more! The store associate or manager (???) was friendly and helpful to me during my checkout. 🙂 I'll definitely be returning here for my pet needs soon!
- LCLauren ConnellySep 28, 20261.0I’m extremely frustrated with how Petco handled my cat’s grooming appointment today. Her appointment was at 1:00, and I drove 30 minutes to drop her off at 12:50. Shortly afterward, I got a call saying the class for the groomer learning to groom cats didn’t start until 2:00. Then, at 2:10, someone else called to say the trainer had called in sick, my cat wouldn’t be groomed, and she was ready for pickup. I’m not upset with the groomer who was supposed to be learning. I’m upset with Petco. This was a 30-minute drive each way, and I essentially lost two hours of my day for nothing. When I picked up my cat, no one explained what happened or apologized. The employee handed her to me and walked away. The cancellation should have been communicated before I dropped her off. After being treated so dismissively, I can’t help wondering whether they treat the pets the same way they treat their owners. That’s very, very concerning to me. I won’t be back, and I plan to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else...this place doesn't even deserve a single star.

I love her energy and she's very knowledgeable and was great with having my daughter do her research on snakes. Would definitely recommend her specifically for her personality definitely stands out and is very friendly. 🖤
