I assumed all Petco were awful since I had gone to the one in Brentwood once before where they lie about doing the work. Did not realize that’s just Brentwood.

I was finally fed up and asked to get someone else to help me. Reluctantly she asked the manager in duty Steven after I asked several times to call someone else for help. Steven was fabulous and went way overboard to help me out, thank you Steven!
