  The store is clean and product is in stock, however tonight at 6pm we went into buy some fish food and my husband and son wanted to add some fish to our fish tank so they were looking. We noticed no one talked to us when we came in which is fine we understand they are busy. At 6:20 the lady who was helping the other customs comes up to me and says are you planning on buying fish I said I think so but let me check with my husband. She said well we arnt going to sell anymore fish tonight we close at 7. I said okay I’m sorry thinking it was after 7 so I went to go get my husband thinking we had stayed after closing. It was not even 6:30. I approached her and said hey do you know it’s 6:30. She said yeah I have closing stuff to do so I am not selling fish. I don’t have time sorry for telling you I wasn’t going to sell you fish I was being polite and don’t worry about calling a manager because I am one and I don’t care. I said you can’t put a fish in a bag. Okay I won’t buy anything then and now we are leaving to go down the street to the other fish store. We won’t be back ever again.

  If you had more people in there to help the customers out that would be beneficial instead of walking around the store of 100 times

  I called in and had cashier put aside a cat food for me. She was nice and I picked up sam a little later

  Surprisingly this petco grooming salon is really had really nice and attentive dog groomers. Super nice and took really good care of our dog who came out smelling nice. I assumed all Petco were awful since I had gone to the one in Brentwood once before where they lie about doing the work. Did not realize that’s just Brentwood.
