  Don’t give your hard working money to this disgusting Corporation they do not care about the animals wellbeing at all. They honestly should go out of business. I went in to see 6 bearded dragons together very under weight and one of them are so neglected that he can’t walk has to drag his body around he is almost as thin as paper!!! This is so sad too see this is a big corporation with tons of money but can’t even bother to give the animals they sell the right care they need!!! Would give a 0 if I could

  I was disappointed with my recent experience at Petco. Staff declined to sell me goldfish based on the items in my shopping cart, which were intended for different fish, without first asking about the aquarium I already had at home or the setup I planned to use. I respect the importance of responsible animal care and ensuring fish have an appropriate environment. That assessment should include a conversation about the customer’s actual setup. Making a decision without gathering that information left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I hope Petco encourages staff to ask questions, listen, and understand the circumstances before declining a sale. Clear communication would have made a significant difference. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Petco and will take my business elsewhere.
