  A convenient spot for me Has a good variety of pet supplies But they should hire more folks, some hours of the day its usually just one employee on the floor Not the end of the world but you might have to wait a few extra minutes The employees are nice and helpful as well of course!

  Updating my review because they replied with something that makes 0 sense. I had an appointment scheduled for my 2 year old Yorkie that regularly gets groomed at the Eagan location. Our appointment was for 10:30am. I drive 30 min and get a baby sitter for my baby to make this appointment. Once I get there, I tell the lady at the front desk that I’m here for my appointment. She tells me the groomer, Constance, called in sick and I should have received notification. I never received notification that the groomer was sick. I get that, but how do you not atleast cancel the appointments you have? Then once I post the review, they reply with a comment that makes 0 sense. The groomer didn’t show up for my appointment because she was sick. However, this was the reply I got? To make it seem like my pet was turned away for a different reason? No. I showed up for an ointment and was told the groomer wasn’t there. After my appt was confirmed that morning. Just a very strange and unprofessional location.
