Today they were offering free ice cream pup cups, and when I asked about the promotion at the front, Assistant Store Manager Zach was incredibly helpful. He quickly found the special offer, knew exactly how to ring it up, and had us checked out and on our way in no time. We've had a few previous visits to this location where the checkout process was slowed down by staff who were still learning the register, so it was especially refreshing to be helped by someone so knowledgeable and efficient. Zach made the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. Great customer service!
- MLMandy LehmannJul 19, 20261.0We stopped in here today and as we walked in two employees looked right at us and didn't say a word. Neither were doing anything, just standing and chit chatting. As we walked to the back of the store our eight year old wanted to look at the small animals. Apparently the A/C was not working and the store had fans going. The animals from the guinea pigs to the mice looked miserable, they were so hot and uncomfortable that our daughter wanted to cry. We quickly looked for the cat collar we stopped in to buy but we're so disturbed by the way the animals and store looked we had to turn and walk out as the employees continued to simply watch us and not say anything.
