    I was honestly impressed with this whole experience. I had to change my original appointment time which was super easy to do. I was running late, we were coming from an hour away, and called the store and they got in touch with the clinic staff who assured me I could still get in for my 3 kitties. When we arrived every staff member we interacted with was kind, patient and just made everything about a pretty stressful day that much better. The techs that actually did the vaccinations really seemed to enjoy animals and were so calm and reassuring to them and us. For this being a "value" type service I really wasn't expecting too much but I would prefer this staff over most vet clinics I have ever been to that charge triple. Keep doing what you are doing, this is a wonderful program.
