  Brought my cat in to get looked at for a UTI issue. They were upselling a wellness plan, i denied it the quoted me roughly 160 dollars, then proceeded to tack on prices spent 400 dollars for a urine test and meds. I had to call them multiple times throughout a 6 hour span to see if my cat was ready to be picked up. I decided to agree with the plan and told them I need the plan that will be what care my cat needs based off my cats symptoms. I got the plan had to pay a ton of money and pay for the plan. Came in for my two week check up they quoted me 140 dollars right off the bat for urine test, I proceeded to ask why cause the plan I paid for should cover that. They said no the plan I got only has one urine test per year on it which was used during my first visit. The second nurse that came when when I got completely frustrated over the bs plan they put me on that told me the first visit didnt use any of the health and wellness which is why it cost so much, when the first nurse came back in she said that what she said about what was used from the wellness plan the first visit was incorrect, i told the second nurse about it, got attitude from her cause I was calling out mistakes and they were trying to charge me another 300 to 400 dollar visit when most of it was suppose to be covered by the upgraded wellness plan that my cat should have been put on the first visit to cover her care needed! Nurse then proceeded to tell me that if the second round of antibiotics dont work, I stopped her right there and said they should work this is now going on 600 dollars for a uti. I am sickened with how much of a scam this place is, and how much they charge people only to not only get no results but over half the staff members dont have a single clue what they are talking about or can confidently answer questions of mine and are absolutely clueless. Front desk lady very cool everytime ive been there. Thats the only good service you will get from this place. You shouldnt be treating an animal for the same illness TWICE then automatically start saying "well if this round doesnt work" this is not about the money, this is about the crappy service they do, and the fact that they will continue tacking on services that cost lots of money but not explained properly the why behind it. There excuse was a software change, i work retail where we go through different softwares and systems that isnt an excuse for my experience, going to a vet clinic you are suppose to get care and concern for the animals and the people bringing their animals in and trusting you with their animals. The only care and concern I experienced there was the front desk lady and the doctor that was filling in for a couple weeks from a different state. I will never go back there, i will be canceling my plan and i assume i will probably have to pay a ridiculous amount of money due to canceling my plan knowing now after my second visit what type of vet they are.

  I was happy, to know that my pets were in the best place ever. It was there first time, they weren't too happy. Got everything done, now everyone is well.I love this clinic, everything was explained about new diets,medications ,and follow ups. My two cats go on a regular basis,and are more comfortable( at least one is comfortable)

  I took my cat into the vet to get a checkup for a lot of reasons. They barely asked me what was wrong or why I brought him in. The doctor came in and listened to his heart and said he was fine. (which I dont believe because well hes my cat and I know for a fact something is wrong with him and hes throwing up a lot) He then tells me theres nothing he can do unless they do blood work. So they take him back to do blood work on him, bring him back to me and say everything looks fine. I start asking questions as to why then hes throwing up and all the other major issues hes having and the doc says nothing. Legit just starts talking about their "plan" they have if i dont have money to pay for it rn (which no one was talking about or should've been the main concern) and how they cant determine anything without an x-ray, same thing they said about the blood work. He then offered medication for the throwing up but tells me that we wont know if hes actually getting better because the medicine is designed to stop you throwing up, so if hes throwing up for another reason we wont know. How is that helpful at all!?!? And he never gave me an explanation as to why my cat is having these problems. No breakdown no conclusion no explanation, just pay more pay more pay more. He spent most of my visit trying to make me sign up for some plan and trying to upsell me on higher and higher prices. (I work in retail and I know what that looks like) He was barely ever in the room and i dont think he actually cared about my cat at all. And he kept saying "she" when my cat is a male so i definitely dont think he cared about anything other than trying to make me pay more money. And these prices are outrageous. Spent over 300 just for them to losten to my cats heart and tell me hes fine. Honestly its my fault for not reading the reviews because others have the same experience as me. But if I could give 0 stars I would. 0/10 dont recommend.

  Staff is nice but prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I needed a simple X-ray of my puppy’s leg. The tech told me it was going to be just under $500. Then the doctor called me an hour later and said it would be $900 plus! Crazy!!! I called two other vets in town who were both under $260 for X-rays same day. Don’t fall for their wellness plans either. Unfortunately I won’t be back due to the high prices. I took another dog to emergency vet at 2 am in Maple Grove for my girlfriends dog and that wasn’t even close to $900!!
