  We Like the new point system and that they last a year! Good work. Also helpful for your staff who don’t have to click on every $5 coupon as the customers create a long line. Best idea in a long time.

  We went to Petco today to adopt some hermit crabs for my daughter's 7th birthday. We were assisted by Derrick and he was so wonderful! He told us everything we need to know about caring for them, and helped us pick out all the right supplies. He spent so much time with us and was patient and kind to my young kids. It was such a fun, exciting experience. Thank you, Derrick! 🦀

  We had a great experience with dog training at Stillwater Petco with Laney. She was informative and gave great tips for training. She came up with solutions for training issues we were having and was so kind and gentle with our puppy. She made training easy and fun.

  Today I graduated Level 2 Puppy class with my awesome trainer Laney. She taught me how to be a good boy for my humans and fed me a lot of yummy treats in the process. She answered questions that my human had and recommended snacks, meds and toys to keep me entertained. Laney taught me some really cool tricks like paw and bow. I recommend classes with Laney to all my canine friends.

  I originally went in there to get a Nerite snail for each of my three tanks, the worker who went to get the snail laughed and said that they were all dead, except one of them so I took that one, thought it was very disrespectful to the snails to laugh that there all dead, there was many in there. Then I needed two more so I got two mystery snails. It’s been three days now, and they have not gotten out of their shells at all or moved around then this morning one was floating at the top of my tank. I’ve had my tanks for quite a while, and the levels are good, I take great care of my tanks and test them frequently, keep them at perfect temps, and do weekly water changes. Extremely disappointed with the store and the worker. Disrespectful to the pets, and selling unhealthy pets.
