However, when it's impossible to do something as simple as get a refill for a prescription, due to being on hold for 30+ minutes, I get frustrated. And if I want to get a nail trim? I have to call (because I used to schedule an appointment with a note, which I had been told was perfectly acceptable previously, only to be angrily told by at least three members of staff that the next time I scheduled an appointment like that for a nail trim, I would be charged for the full service). Fine, I'll call- except I cannot get an answer, or leave a voicemail.

My kitten has a fatal disease that they waited 8 days to tell me the results and went another week and a half with no medication. I called they didn’t answer, I called *67 and they answered first ring. Purposely ignoring my calls when I’m trying to get my kitten medication is a terrible thing. Save your pet and go elsewhere!!!!
