- RSRachael SolerJun 22, 20261.0The receptionist, Mikyla is beyond rude. I had to bring my baby with, and anytime he made a sound she rolled her eyes, backed up, and made a nasty face. This was absolutely uncalled for. She barely knew how to do her job, she could definitely benefit from more training and customer service lessons. She was super unfriendly and not welcoming at all. It seems like Banfield's entire goal is to sell you their wellness plans. 75% of the appointment was spent talking about this plan. I came in for a simple check up and they tried selling me about 20 different services that weren't necessary at all. Don't waste your time here. You won't feel welcome, you'll feel like your pets aren't truly cared for, and you'll walk away with a bill that was much bigger than expected from everything they try unchanging you for. Update: my cat was tested for worms 5 days ago. They said I would get results back in 2 days. I never got a call, so I called them. They had the results ready but never reached out.
