- AKAngela KonenOct 1, 20265.0I appreciate the providers here. As a bonus my pets feel comfortable at this vet. The only thing that made my anxious pets nervous was the daycare next door with the blinds open and/or closed. They were distracted by the outdoor pedestrians which caused anxiety. It's not anyone's fault just an observation and response to my our pets anxiety.
- APAngela PedersonAug 14, 20265.0We have had 2 dogs and a cat receive care at Banfield Savage and they truly are the best. They have a welcoming and loving front desk staff (shout-out to Lisa). Also, Dr Neilsen is amazing with our 2 dogs and cat. Always spot on with a diagnosis if needed but doesn't recommend un-necessary procedures or additional cost. They were also amazing when our 15 year old Golden passed and we felt very loved.
- RRRyanJul 24, 20265.0Wow! I took my dog here after not having gone here for a a year or so and they still remembered and greeted him with so much warmth and love. They were so patient with him too. He’s a happy go lucky golden retriever and he was pulling me in every direction during the visit but they were still able to get a thorough check on him. The front desk lady (forget her name) was super cool and knowledgeable. Peyton was very helpful and even got excited to see my dog again and Dr Nielsen was super patient as helpful as well. Love it!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
