We have had 2 dogs and a cat receive care at Banfield Savage and they truly are the best. They have a welcoming and loving front desk staff (shout-out to Lisa). Also, Dr Neilsen is amazing with our 2 dogs and cat. Always spot on with a diagnosis if needed but doesn't recommend un-necessary procedures or additional cost. They were also amazing when our 15 year old Golden passed and we felt very loved.

Wow! I took my dog here after not having gone here for a a year or so and they still remembered and greeted him with so much warmth and love. They were so patient with him too. He’s a happy go lucky golden retriever and he was pulling me in every direction during the visit but they were still able to get a thorough check on him. The front desk lady (forget her name) was super cool and knowledgeable. Peyton was very helpful and even got excited to see my dog again and Dr Nielsen was super patient as helpful as well. Love it!

All of you guys are super friendly and treated my cat like it was your own cat. Her nails are so much better. It took you guys like 2 minutes to get it done. I will definitely be back again. Thanks for the great service!

They showed no knowledge of how to handle and approach a nervous dog. They instigated by crowding my dog without any introduction, then got upset when my dog snapped. I just got the dog from a rescue place and she had never been to the vet before. I told them this before my appointment but they still crowded and overwhelmed my dog without any interest in my dogs comfort level.

2.5 out of 5 experience Pros: They got us in within 2 days They were fast They knew what he needed Cons: Very very expensive!! Profit-driven care- Not affordable and they are unwilling to do a payment plan, and are rude when you ask about it. They don't help families because they want you to sign up for their pet insurance program and they act like sales reps for it. It's really annoying and not pet-centered care; it's profit-centered care. The vet tech that he had said, "i don't know" and "I'm not sure" for every question I asked (basic questions) and wouldn't ask the vet for clarification. If paying a quarter of a thousand dollars for a medicine, I have the right to ask/know how to give it properly. The front desk ladies are rude. Glad my dog has what he needs, but not returning.
