It was a little confusing trying to find the check-in podium (straight from the entrance in between some aisles), but that is my only complaint. Their care was prompt and everyone involved treated them with care and respect, I've never seen him so well behaved at an appointment! The location itself is spacious and clean, and the woman at the register was very nice as well. Will definitely be back here!
