  The grooming service is terrible! They don't ask/tell you all information when making an appointment but when you get there they refuse service even though they could have saved everyone the time by just asking/telling when making an appointment. How are you going to do that to somebody who has been preparing for this appointment all week?!

  Best crickets I've ever had. Seriously, if you are like me and can't stand a mushy cricket, come here. The crunchy ones are the best! The mice on the other hand. They're mid. Can't complain for the price though.

  I stopped in to buy a fish set up. We had an aquarium years ago. Decided it was time to get into fish again. We had everything we needed for a 75 gallon except fish, food, wanted more filters, and additional net. But I couldn’t get waited on. I was in the store over 25 minutes. 20 minutes trying to get someone to grab me some fish. The clerk at check out left to deal with a turtle and a customer. I waited patiently and NO ONE. There was a lady who came out at a desk by grooming. She was on a phone call. There were now 3 of us in line. I finally asked her if she could call someone to check out. She snapped “I busy, on the phone”. I told her we have been waiting and there is no one at check out. “I have been waiting to get fish 20 minutes”. She snapped, no you haven’t. I decided to leave. There is a horrible smell too in the store. Cross between guinea pig and rabbit urine. The floor is super dirty too. Went to the nearest Smart pet place. So much cleaner!!! No smell in the store and I had someone who was happy to help me get the fish I needed, even had a sale buy 4 get 1 free. Their tanks were much cleaner too at the smart pet shop. I won’t be back to this PetCo store. Staffing is poor and the lady was rude to me.
