So why is a reptile attacking another and they do nothing? They had 2 bearded dragons housed together today. One kept goin after the other. The one being attacked had visible damage to it's tail. At one point the aggressor grabbed the other by the foot shaking back and forth. I mentioned this to the only employee I could see and she said yeah I know. I said nothing can be done about this and she simply said "no". I said separating them would be a good start. She did not reply. Also the veiled Chameleons enclosure was completely dry. The dripper was not dripping but there were at least 9-10 dry dumps in the empty dry water catching dish. This hadn't been cleaned easily for over a week. I stopped for crickets and they had none. Why do you have live animals in your store when you can't take care of them correctly? Same repeated story at these box stores. I don't usually go there even for the crickets but stopped due to convenience. Sad!

Many fish tanks had dead fish down at the bottom which is repulsive and stopped me from making a purchase. There was also a random bird flying around the store pecking at the aquatic tanks, when notifying a team member about the bird they said “he just lives here, he’s been here for 3 years”. Was very sad to see how this store has been kept.

Everytime I go into this store the beta fish are in terrible condition. Staff don't seem to have the knowledge of what to do in event of a fish getting sick. Time before this last time a staff gave me a great discount on a beta with swim bladder who I was able to help. Manager joe said no discounts on the fish they must treat them in store. Where he took 2 that I found sick and brought to a counter where there was already a stack of 3 in worse shape. These fish will die but it's all about the dollar I guess.

Everything is organized. Associates are always willing to help if I am looking for something I could not find.
