    I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I dropped my dog off at 8:00 AM and heard nothing by 11:00 AM. My fiancé went in to check on him, and he found out he had been sitting in a kennel the entire time. He was told he had received a bath, but he did not receive a haircut, ear cleaning, nail trim, or the other services we were expecting. They also told us his glands had been done, but when he picked him up, he still had a dark ring around his backside and it was extremely dirty. I’m left wondering how he could have been bathed and had his glands done, yet still be left in that condition. When he tried to leave, he was told he could not leave without paying for the entire service. After a long phone call with the manager, we were eventually refunded, but we had to physically go back into the store to receive the PARTIAL refund. We still had to pay over $50 for what amounted to a little shampoo and three hours sitting in a kennel. I am feeling absolutely sick to my stomach. I trusted this place with my dog’s care and expected communication, honesty, and much better treatment. Truly an unbelievable experience.

    The groomer (Barb) did a great job and was really great with my bratty Pomeranian. He’s my brat and I love him.

    TERRIBLE! It took more than 5 hours to groom my standard poodle at the Richfield Petco (10a-3:30p) - I asked what was taking so long since we had a morning appointment - the groomer informed me that she had a lot of other dogs besides my dog, and that she was putting my dog in a kennel while she groomed other dogs that arrived AFTER my dog, and that if I wanted my dog groomed individually I could pay an extra $20 for a "VIP" appointment (the groom and bath cost $140). I will never return to Petco and I will be asking all other groomers if they have this ridiculous policy. I'm guessing not since it has never taken 5 hours for my dog to be groomed.

    Louise is my dogs groomer and she is the best! I have a large dog that's a big baby and she is patient and he likes to go see her. Other groomers have done nail clips for me and everyone there is great!!
