    If I could leave 0 stars I would. The poor cats were covered in crusted dirt (possibly feces?). I had to ask a store associate to please clean them up. They hadn’t even noticed the state of these poor animals enclosure. This is a completely unacceptable way to keep animals and I wish I have room in my home to take them because this is atrocious. Disgusting, irresponsible, and inhumane. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth and will NOT be returning to petco ever again and will be cancelling my Petco credit card.

    Hey y'all. I have to be upfront, it's been at least a decade or more since I have last stopped into this Petco location. The store is easily accessible to navigate in and out of the parking lot. Speaking of, since we are on the topic already, parking is great. I feel that there's always plenty of parking spaces readily available. The moment you enter Petco, from the main doors to the right hand side, you'll notice the store is well lit and upkept. The shelves are neatly arranged and stocked. Any promotions and sale items are well labeled and also advertised shortly after you walk in. I had stopped by to purchase a couple of fish. I love the quality and conditions of their fish selection. I was also shocked at the quality of aquarium/ live plants too. Surprisingly, they've got a good selection of aquarium accessories as well. Their common Gold Fish varieties look superb, from Comet to Koi, they seemed healthy. Which is what I came here for, Fancy Gold Fish. However, I didn't purchase any fish. SHOCKING, I know. I was waiting around for 35 minutes and MORE for assistance. No one seemed to be present, so therefore I left. Which, is a little weird... As I entered, I was warmly and happily welcomed. Before I left, I still liked the variety of aquarium supplies and accessories. The store definitely has fish and aquarium products that I would like to purchase... Eventually. I just felt like maybe Petco didn't deserve my business that day. Which is the vibe that lingered around with me, as I was waiting around and also seeking assistance to purchase a couple of fish. I guess we will see what the future holds. Hey, I know this is a common pet store, I'm sure circumstances would have been different if I needed assistance with anything related to dogs and cats. I have been in the aqua hobby for roughly 20 years and I have never had a Gold Fish. I have always had single species tanks of Platties, Guppies, Mollies, Barbs, and Tetras. I just really wanted some Gold Fish. Anyways, I'm sure my review will help somebody out.

    We recently moved across the country and switched to this Petco after years of consistently positive experiences at another location. Unfortunately, the service here didn’t come close. Check‑in felt rushed and the groomer didn’t seem willing to take a couple minutes to hear our grooming preferences. This is something our previous groomer always took the time to go over so we were on the same page. At our last appointment before moving, she stated how she was going to miss our dogs so much and asked us to stop by for a visit if we were ever in the area again. That level of care meant a lot to us. We were also told one of our dogs acted aggressively, which has never been the case in 6 years of grooming and vet visits. The explanation didn’t feel clear or accurate and the whole interaction left us uncomfortable. We really wish we could have the same level of care we were used to, but this experience ultimately led us to cancel our Petco Vital Care Premier membership after 8 years.
