  Informative staff. Signage could be more specific. I came in looking for training treats for my dog. I found the "Dog" section easily but had difficulty finding the aisle with treats because I didn't see any further signage. (This seems like a corporate issue and not a location-specifiic issue) When I asked an employee for help, she not only directed me to the correct place, but was also able to tell me the calories per treat for several of the options. Very helpful!

  We’ve purchased several sun conures from different Petco locations and this place is really great. All of the staff are friendly and cheerful. My only complaint and it’s not with the store but more the bird layout. The larger birds like conures and cockatiels are around the corner and have nothing to look at but a shelf. The parakeets are in the prime spot right on the end cap and can see everything. Nothing against parakeets but there are 30 in a cage to entertain one another. The conures should be on the end as a business model, a $1299 animal should be where people can see them, just saying because they are highly intelligent and need more stimulation. Otherwise great store.

  Naya at Richfield, helped me with an online order for perscription food for my pet. There was a lot of technical issues and she went over and beyond to continue to make it work! She spent over an hour maybe an hour and a half! She was very knowledgeable and patient!! She made phone calls to customer service and made it happen!! She stayed pleasant and optimistic that it will eventually work and she did it!! She is a rock star employee.
