  My parents have brought our pets to banfield for decades. Our yellow lab was having issues that my mom kept bringing her in for and they kept saying things looked normal. We brought her in a few weeks after one of those appointments and then all of a sudden it was too late and we had to put her down. And THEN had to pay out the rest of her pet plan which came to about $400. Besides that awful experience. My cat has diabetes and I had been working with banfield for a few years to try to get him regulated. His blood sugar was constantly in the 300-400+ range. At a certain point they told me this can be a normal range for some cats (it is most definitely not) and to not increase his insulin. After years of my poor boy being miserable from high blood sugar, my new vet clinic had me double his dose (over time) has luckily brought him down to an actual normal range. Do not bring your pets here for anything more than just routine shots

  The process of making an appointment was smooth. When I arrived I was immediately helped. Everyone listened to my concerns about my cat. They went through several different option of getting my cat the proper car he needs as a senior cat. everyone was pleasant and helpful. I have already started telling people about this pet clinic.

  Why I Was Highly Satisfied with Banfield Pet Hospital: I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care, empathy, and professionalism the entire team showed during a terrifying medical emergency with my American Bully, Merlot. Immediate, Life-Saving Action We originally intended to bring Merlot in for itchy ears, but she suddenly developed severe, projectile bloody diarrhea. Seeing that amount of blood was deeply traumatic, and because she is a smaller American Bully, I honestly thought she was going to die. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, empathetic, and quickly accommodating during our panic. The doctors acted immediately, diagnosing her with Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhea Syndrome (AHDS). Seamless Continuity of Care They gave her the best initial care and wisely recommended we transfer her to an after-hours ER for overnight monitoring. The next morning, we brought her right back to Banfield so she could spend the day recovering and healing under their watchful eye. I felt extremely comfortable leaving her there because it was so obvious that the doctors and staff genuinely cared about her. An Astonishing Recovery Thanks to their swift action, Merlot made a shockingly quick turnaround. I also want to note that having Banfield's Optimum Wellness Plan (preventative care plan) helped immensely with the unexpected medical bills, which was a huge relief during a stressful time. Genuine Compassion and Follow-Up A couple of weeks later, we finally brought Merlot back to address her original ear issues. It warmed my heart to see how genuinely happy the entire staff was to see her happy, healthy, and thriving. It was wonderful to be able to thank them in person. Thank you, Banfield team, for saving my girl and treating us like family!

  extremely useless facility, all they do is give wrong diagnoses and try to scalp money from their patients. They do not care about your pets or their health they only care about getting money and getting you out of their clinic. I have gone here for years and they have consistently given wrong diagnoses, overpriced medication that does not work, and then are extremely rude and unhelpful when we call them to address these issues.
