  I had gotten several great reviews of this vet clinic so I decided to bring my puppy. At first everyone was great and welcoming. Then I had a little scare and needed to take my puppy in. Whoever the vet was that saw her was not her original vet and when she got taken back for testing, I could hear the staff in the back talking poorly about me and my puppy. The vet was extremely rude and said I needed to do a better job of training and pay better attention to my puppy (I walked away to get a glass of water and when I got back I was worried she had gotten into something within 2 minutes of me sitting back down). I felt like the vet and his assistant cornered me and interrogated me. I left in tears and called my husband when I left. If it weren’t for me talking him down, he was going to give your staff an earful. Because of that vet, his assistant, and the staff talking about me and my puppy in the back, we will NOT be back. Ever.

  I took my lion head rabbit here the other day and it was a great experience! Staff was so nice and very knowledgeable! They also clipped her nails which was so nice of them especially because we do have trouble sometimes with it. They also didn’t try to over charge me or say she needed something unnecessary like my other vet did in Mankato. Very reasonable prices! Overall a great experience! Excited to bring her back for her spay next week!

  The New Ulm Vet staff was amazing! We were visiting from out of town and our pup needed to been seen. They got us in right away and helped get him on the mend. We appreciate the team work, quick service, diagnosis and treatment we received so we didn’t have to cancel our weekend in New Ulm. Thank you all your services are appreciated!

  Always incredibly kind and knowledgeable, I know they will care for my snakes as much as for any furry pet.
