    I requested my dog’s prescription refill last week because I knew she would run out by Sunday. I was told the clinic did not have enough in stock for the 90-count refill and that someone would check with the doctor and call around to find another location where it could be filled. I never received a follow-up call. When I called again, I had to repeat the same situation and push again for the 90-count refill. It was eventually approved, but I was then told they still did not have enough medication available and were unsure whether a shipment would arrive Monday or Tuesday. My dog took her last pill today, and this could have been avoided with proper follow-through. I should not have had to call multiple times, repeat myself, and still be left without a clear plan for my dog’s medication. This was frustrating and stressful, and the communication/customer service needs to be better when a pet’s prescription is involved. This is also not the first time or something similar has happened.

    Our beloved 16 year old cat was peacefully put to sleep and the vet staff was very respectful and made her as comfortable as possible. I don’t recall the vets name, but she was so gentle and sweet. Brooke was also very pleasant and they are very good at what they do. I would give 5 stars, but the woman running the front desk wasn’t very friendly on our way out. The establishment was closed by the time we left (thank you for letting us take our time to say goodbye 😢) but the receptionist seemed annoyed, and that came off as unprofessional considering what we just went through. Other than that, thank you to the vet and to Brooke who took care of us and our senior baby.

    We’ve had such a great experience with Banfield Pet Hospital over the years. Both of my Goldendoodle girls, Gracie and Coco, have been under Banfield’s care since the day we brought them home as puppies. That consistency and trust mean everything to us as pet parents. Our current location in Minnetonka truly stands out. The staff is always incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. They take the time to make sure both Gracie and Coco feel comfortable, especially when they’re a little nervous during visits. It never feels rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about the well-being of each pet. What makes the experience even more special is how engaged the team is with our brand, Gra-Co Adventures. Gracie and Coco are the stars of a children’s book series that promotes fun, friendship, and responsibility, including the importance of regular checkups. Every visit to Banfield becomes another “adventure” we can share, helping encourage other pet owners to stay on top of their pets’ health. Banfield has truly been a partner in our journey from puppyhood to now, and we’re grateful for the care, compassion, and consistency they’ve provided every step of the way.
