  My pets have been going to this location for 3 years at this point. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and very kind to all of the animals they see. My cats are relatively friendly but still skittish in new places. They always warm up to the vet and vet techs very quickly. It is very clear that they care about the wellness and happiness of your pets. The wellness plan is quite expensive, but I know that is not a price set by this location, but by the corporation as a whole. The vets are also not able to spend a ton of time with your animal(s), but this is also just due to their schedules being extremely full. I will continue going to this location for the foreseeable future.

  Wonders caring staff - they listened to what was happening for our dog, did tests and prescribed a treatment which cleared up and gave ear infection relief quickly. Great care!

  Banfield At Minnetonka, MN - Country Village I would like to sincerely thank the veterinarian and the entire staff for the wonderful care they provided to my dog, Barack, over the last 8 years. Barack recently passed away at almost 16 years old, and I truly believe the dedication, compassion, professionalism, and medical care from this clinic helped him stay strong, healthy, and happy for so many years. The team always treated him with kindness, patience, and genuine love. They were supportive not only to Barack, but also to me during both the good and difficult moments. As a pet owner, it gave me peace of mind to know he was in caring and capable hands. Barack was part of my family, and I will always be grateful for everything this clinic did for him throughout his life. Thank you for helping give him many additional years filled with love and care.

  Terrible experiences. I have paid for their overpriced pet care plan for many years for my dog even knowing I was overpaying, despite their inconsistent reports from one visit to the next. This morning they already had add in charges on my bill before I even brought my dog in. I asked if at her age if it was safe for anesthesia and dental care. I was assured they would check make sure prior to proceeding. Just got a call they knocked several teeth out and now want $250 for more extras I top of the $90 a month they take from me. Just for X-rays then thousands more for more dental work. This place is just about profit and could care less about your pet and their well being. I can’t wait to get my dog out of there today to never return. Sadly when I called back and asked to have all my pets records as I am going to another vet I was treated poorly and said I should have voiced these concerns. I advised I had and it’s disappointing they don’t have records of this especially when years ago they had to send my dogs records for me to get second opinions for severe heart problems they wanted to charge me $2k for tests that turned out to be completely unfounded. They admitted the error and I kept going there out of convenience and chalked it up to a mistake and was just happy my dog was healthy. When I said this is why I now need to make the change I was literally told well if it’s a problem I shouldn’t have went there amongst other condescending things. Still waiting for them to release my dog to me. They are basically the vet equivalent of a puppy mill - all about dollars and don’t give a damn about your dog.
