Thank you for taking great care of our pup and getting him in when he was so itchy.

Brought my pet here because he was not eating or drinking. I understand this is not the emergency vet but they still had very little concern for my pet. I spent a crazy amount of money and signed up for a plan because I couldn’t pay the rest out of pocket. They took two extra days to get his x-rays back. In those days he still was not eating or drinking and they had no urgency. I called them many times to let them know it was still going on and I was supposed to get his x-rays to see if that showed a blockage (they hit me with the “we are so sorry he isn’t feeling well”). I called my primary vet because something felt wrong about my cat not eating or drinking for this long. They told me I should go an emergency clinic and get him help ASAP. They also talked about many possible option on why this could be happening.I am so glad I called them and wish I waited for an appointment there. I took him to Blue Pearl where I didn’t mind spending 2x the cost if it meant good care for my baby. I am very upset they didn’t give any ideas on what could be wrong with him and didn’t even take any urgency on this matter. Over the phone they also told me the incorrect total after I confirmed what I am willing to pay. Please do not bring your animal here if you want answers on what is going on. Again I understand this isn’t and E-vet but even a place I spent no money at showed more care for my baby, rather then a place I spent a crazy amount on for them to not give me any information after the matter. I am still paying for this stupid payment plan even though they failed to help me at all.

I owe this location a positive review because I’ve had numerous trips here in the last couple years. From my cat having an upper respiratory infection in the past, to my new kitten currently getting up to date on her shots. Everyone is affectionate and loving. They remember my kitties and are excited to see them each time. Thank you for taking care of all of us 💕

My pets have been going to this location for 3 years at this point. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and very kind to all of the animals they see. My cats are relatively friendly but still skittish in new places. They always warm up to the vet and vet techs very quickly. It is very clear that they care about the wellness and happiness of your pets. The wellness plan is quite expensive, but I know that is not a price set by this location, but by the corporation as a whole. The vets are also not able to spend a ton of time with your animal(s), but this is also just due to their schedules being extremely full. I will continue going to this location for the foreseeable future.
