  Loved this place until i took my dog in. They were great with my cat and super knowledgeable and let me know everything ahead of time. as soon as i schedule my dog in they won’t take her appt because her rabies vaccine is out of date. How is that not something you specify before the appointment had i known we would have scheduled her vaccines before hand. super unprofessional

  We had a 9:00 am in room appointment, checked in and the girl who asked questions said the Dr. way behind and still in surgery, could leave our Corgi for a couple of hours (he just needed to have his Bp checked and get a urn sample (the sample was taken in the entry/waiting room area (told them he had a tendency to pee as soon as we enter the building, that why they took it before getting in the room). We did not hear anything so I called to check if he was ready about noon-1 and they said that the dr. would be calling. At 4:00 we headed to Hopkins because we live in Maple Grove and the traffic is bad going to and from there. We sat in the car for some time waiting for the Dr. to call and my husband said let's just go inside. I do not recall what time we left after talking to the Dr., but we got home at 6:30 p.m. The doctor wanted out dog to start taking a medication, but the Hopkins location did not have it so the Dr. asked if we could drive to Eden Prairie to pick up the next morning. We did pick it up. Another thing that we hate is that all you get is an invoice. No other documents (nothing noting weight, what they did, no written instructions on the medication, etc.). NOT HAPPY. If this Corgi's plan had not renewed on 9/9/26 not sure it would have been renewed. this Corgi is our daughters our Corgi's plan may not be renewed in October. We are looking at other options available. Also had the check and intake process.

  The staff at Banfield no their Stuff. I brought my dog in there twice now and both times have been a good time. The staff are very decisive and what they say and they’re very responsible for their actions. They know what they’re doing.

  Clinic staff and veterinarian were very helpful, they extended care to time after hours. Highly recommended.

  This is my second pet I have had at a Banfield, though different locations. My dog, Zoey, who was our whole world went to Banfield for years and crossed the rainbow bridge (euth) at their clinic as well. She was cared for immensely by the staff and so when we adopted our new kitten, Dewey, though I had high praise for Banfield, I was worried that the trauma of losing a pet there would make it to hard to go back to a Banfield. We took Dewey anyway and I can promise you it was the best decision we made. Our kitten is overwhelmingly loved, cared for and advocated for here. We have the Wellness Plan that has already saved us over $400 in the first month of having it. The staff are so incredible and welcoming, even when I need to ask the stupid questions. Can't give high enough praise for this place and what they've done to make sure our baby is happy and healthy.
