Ian has serviced our aquarium every couple weeks since installation and is always friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and a trustworthy serviceman. Ian goes above and beyond to help us resolve any issues that arise with maintaing our livestock and keeps it looking beautiful.
