- SSseka sejdic2 days ago1.0Whenever I took my dog to do teeth cleaning, they always find something wrong to do pull a few teeth out after that my dog gets sick and got high liver and then the last time they pull 7-8 Teeth I can’t even remember the check her liver. Everything was fine. Once they wake her up after anesthesia. She was not good. They gave her so many pain meds and I think that kill my dog. i’m sorry, but that’s really how I feel about this place

The didn't answer the phone. They didn't return the call. When I got there, they said they accidentally deleted the appointment with their new software and that they couldn't get me in today. They said they got my message but were too busy to return my call. They refused to make room for me to make up for their mistake. Unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. If they are too busy to run their business properly, they should make some changes. Now I have to change my flight, stay longer than planned, many additional expenses because of their lack of competence.

We have struggled at all of the Banfields we have gone to but this clinic takes the case for a huge miss that ended up meaning we had to put our dog down. We got our dog evaluated for diarrhea here and he was recommended for a high fiber diet. No one gave us any appropriate counseling on how to slowly introduce the new food or what high fiber can do to a dog of his size. He ended up developing GVD/bloat and was in an excruciating amount of pain at the end. I wouldn’t trust or recommend this place, these doctors, these technicians to anyone. Editing to add that the chief of staff who called me back admitted that we received medical information from someone who should never have been allowed to give that information.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
