  The 2 women that were there at the time I brought my puppy in were super nice and friendly. My puppy wasn't scared.

  Thank you for making Delilah Rose a pretty girl!!!! The photos don't do justice to your work. Thank you so much for making her fluffy and beautiful and being able to add on some fur trimming too!

  A little backstory first, I fainted the end of January and broke the left side of my face. I am the one who brushes the girls daily or every other day. When I fainted I also have a concussion. Well no one picked up the slack from my injuries and surgeries and by time I was able to brushing they were matted BAD. I tried cutting, using the special doodle com nothing was working, I finally relented and made a call to my groomer, who’s out on maternity leave and my DIL sister so I opted to to take them to Petco. They needed to be shaved down and we knew it so there were no surprises. I believe Bri, was the groomer to do both dogs since her name was on the receipt. She did a fantastic job. The girls look happier, are bouncing off the walls and have more energy. I am so thankful to Petco for not judging, (I had spine surgery 1.5 weeks go so it helped walking in with a neck brace) or telling us we are bad owners or we SHOULD have done this or that. We are fully aware it was just a concussion that spiraled and I’m still out of work. Thank you Petco Maple Grove!

  This place used to be perfect but have broken my trust. My boy got an essentials plus bath. His ears were dirty, anal glands still full (iykyk), and is shedding like crazy despite being short haired. Price was reasonable but not when you don't do the work.

  I have been taking my dogs to various pet grooming salons for years and this is the first time Ive ever had my dog scalped. IE, when you take a poodle to a pet groomer, the person providing the service knows what a poodle is to look like, and provides a cut that compliments that breed of dog; this groomer had no business cuting dog hair. I will be in this Monday (4-27) to talk to a manager and to show you the bad service and strongly demanding to be reimbursed. I will also be giving a very bad google review and showing pictures of my dogs saddened hair cut. Thanks for nothing Petco. Your place of business will never receive my business again. After my dogs scalping you see her sadness and before the scalping she was happy.
