- WWWendyOct 3, 20261.0This was one of my worst experiences at the store. I asked an employee, who appeared to be in her 30s–40s and was wearing glasses, for help purchasing a fish. She asked how old I was, and after I told her that I was over 18, she said I needed a parent in order to purchase the fish. I was very disappointed and confused by this experience. As an adult, I don't understand why I would need a parent to purchase a fish. The interaction also made me feel like she did not want to assist me. I hope management can clarify the store's policy and make sure employees communicate it clearly and respectfully to customers.
- JKJennifer KSep 29, 20263.0Store is clean, fish tanks are ok. They always look dull (maybe lighting?) Never get any help unless you go ask cashier and they always seem inconvenienced. Nice selection in the store. Extra details on some animals, mostly about the animal personality.

- KSKassandra SchaferSep 16, 20261.0Should be zero stars! When I’m forced to come to this location for crickets I get shorted EVERY SINGLE TIME! I ask for 40 and get between 22-30 via ChatGPT. They’re rude at this location. Yesterday they “accidentally” charged me for minows instead of crickets and had to turn around before I got to my car and have them refund me the $5 they overcharged me. Tom the manager is the terrible and should be demoted. He lacks personality and professionalism.
