Hundreds of dollars from us because they didn’t know the difference between an ear infection and dirt…. 4 visits, over a thousand dollars wasted. Went to a local vet and within a day they made my kitten better and only payed $100 …. Save your money and your mental health and skip this place. Also their vet techs don’t even know what they’re talking about and it took our vet 3 visits to figure out that our kitten ACTUALLY HAD AN INFECTION after multiple conversations with them about his poor ears. They told us their was just “dirt” in his ears and approved for him to meet our other cat… thanks to them both of our cats had ear infections with black gunk coming out of both of their ears. Never again Banfield.

Got put on hold for 15 minutes before I finally gave up after 3 different people picked up and put me back on hold without even asking what I needed. One person asked me if I was someone's mom, next person laughed because they couldn't figure out the phones and put me on hold as I listened to her laughing, third person picked up told me they were putting me on a brief just to transfer me to a new line and never came back. Oh and another time someone picked up or accidentally picked up because I heard the background noise of them talking before being put on hold again.

We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
