My dog behaved very poorly and wouldn't let anyone trim his nails, but the team handled the situation beautifully. The staff is friendly and cohesive, always helping one another out. Thank you all for your help and care. A special thank you goes to Ira; she bathed him and thoroughly brushed him out. It wasn't an easy task, but everything was executed to the highest standard. We will definitely be coming back to you regularly. Thank you!
- LBLorna BarnettApr 15, 20262.0I went in to buy a bag of cat food a week ago and the cashier was very unfriendly, looked bored and annoyed to be there. Then, when a line formed behind me he paged overhead “It’d be nice if I could get some help up here” with an attitude, to his coworkers. Today I went in and a woman was working the register. She was nice and when she needed help to the front she just hit one button and an automatic message went overhead requesting help in a professional and polite tone. Not all staff there is worth this rating, but the fact that even one employee acts like that shows how poor the company’s standards as a whole are.
