  I had a recent disappointing experience with this location. I often use this location for grooming of one of my Pomeranians. I had an appointment on August 2 at 4:15 PM. I arrived late at 4:19 PM, which is four minutes late. Petco has a policy that gives a 15 minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. When I arrived, I was turned away, and my appointment was not completed. They stated that they would not have time to complete my appointment even though in their policy it states that within the 15 minutes, my appointment should have been completed. Not only was my appointment at completed, but the person who spoke to me and turned me away, proceeded to speak and have a conversation with me at a distance of about 20 feet. She did not come up and deal with me, face-to-face rather spoke over multiple tables to communicate with me, which I believe is poor customer service.

  Bought a parkeet who was sick within a week. Utilized the store's policy that it will cover vet visits that happen within 30 days of purchase. The bird still died about 45 days after purchase despite efforts to get it healthy. Vet thinks bird had chronic issue/infection. We brought the receipt from vet to the store manager, they took all the info down, said would submit and we would get a check in 2 months. 4 months later, I reach out to corporate petco, spend an hour on the phone with them, and the result is they want me to go back to the vet to get a new receipt to submit. An hour and the phone and having to drive back the vet because their store manager did not do the job correctly.

  I went into petco to discuss a reptile issue I had been having. The employee named Rena helped me out and they were very knowledgeable. And also, the cashier named Mitchell greeted me as I entered and left the store. Very professional and polite employees. I ultimately didn't need to buy anything today, but the overall professionalism of who was working ensured I will be back as a customer compared to other competitors.

  It looks like a very useful place from the outside. 4 car wash spaces, 4 vacuums, however when you go to use the vacuum you need 2 tokens, ok, there are two machines that you can purchase tokens from, no worries! However, when you go to use the token machines they are both out of order. So now you’ve just wasted the last 20-30 minutes, driving over, prepping your car, and finding out you will need to go somewhere else. I did not look but if the wash areas require tokens that would mean you also would not be able to wash your vehicle.
