- AJalyssa jedlickaAug 6, 20261.0I had a recent disappointing experience with this location. I often use this location for grooming of one of my Pomeranians. I had an appointment on August 2 at 4:15 PM. I arrived late at 4:19 PM, which is four minutes late. Petco has a policy that gives a 15 minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. When I arrived, I was turned away, and my appointment was not completed. They stated that they would not have time to complete my appointment even though in their policy it states that within the 15 minutes, my appointment should have been completed. Not only was my appointment at completed, but the person who spoke to me and turned me away, proceeded to speak and have a conversation with me at a distance of about 20 feet. She did not come up and deal with me, face-to-face rather spoke over multiple tables to communicate with me, which I believe is poor customer service.
