- SSstaatskiJun 21, 20265.0Dr. Bartsch and Emily were wonderful with Roux and I never have to worry when anyone from their staff is treating him! On a personal note, Dr. Bartsch makes me feel better when taking Roux to the vet. He is prone to a lot of severe allergies, and with the rise of costs in everything, taking him as frequently as possible isn’t always an option. I’ve also dealt with a lot of vets who’ve talked down to me or have made me feel really bad for not being able to manage Roux’s severe allergies since he was little better. Dr. Bartsch not only understands and tries to create treatment plans for Roux that are more cost effective for me, but also complements things that I have been doing well with Roux. It means a lot, and having her as Roux’s doctor is definitely work any commute!

Dr. Steller was knowledgeable, attentive, and appeared genuinely invested in our pet’s well-being. One concern involved a child who was repeatedly running through the hallway and looking into exam rooms. Based on interactions with staff calling the child to the back doors after he was running in the hallway, I understood the child to be associated with the clinic named Ambrose. Given that many animals are uncomfortable around children, including our own pet, it was surprising to see a child allowed in areas where patients were being examined and treated. This created an uncomfortable environment and raised concerns about animal stress and safety.
