  DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE !! Read carefully if you really care about your dog. I wish I could give you a 0 start. I don’t know how this place have reviews more than that. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, DO NOT BRING HIM HERE. I had the worse experience with my dog. After trusting this people with my dog for a few days when I went to get him he wasn’t the same dog. His face was swollen his nail were clipped when we didn’t authorized or ask for it and not that but they clipped to the point the were all bleeding my dog seemed traumatized. It’s been a couple days and he still doesn’t even play with his toys or wants to go for walks due the pain in his nails. Completely silence from their side. I don’t know what they did to my dog if they hit him or what but my dog is traumatized and not the same anymore.

  Had an amazing experience my dog was very happy and relaxed after his grooming appointment. He looked very handsome. They did exactly what I asked for. Very friendly staff I will definitely be back. Also amazing prize for my mini poodle.

  I took my 8-month-old Golden Retriever here for a trial day while searching for a daycare to bring him to a couple days a week. This was my first experience looking into dog daycare/boarding, so I went in with very open expectations. I do want to say that the staff I interacted with face-to-face were incredibly kind and welcoming. I also added on a grooming service that day and had a wonderful interaction with the groomer. As someone dropping her puppy off for the first time, I checked the play cameras pretty frequently throughout the day. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by several things I observed. One concern was that dogs were repeatedly humping each other outside, and on multiple occasions the employee supervising them appeared to notice it and simply look away instead of intervening. Since the facility allows unspayed and unneutered dogs, I felt this behavior should have been redirected immediately. It came across as inattentive supervision. I also noticed urine sitting on the floor for extended periods of time before being cleaned up. While I understand accidents happen constantly in daycare environments, cleanliness and prompt sanitation are important in a setting with so many dogs. Another thing that stood out to me was the lack of structure and enrichment activities. From what I observed, the dogs were mostly grouped together and left to entertain themselves rather than having interactive play, scheduled activities, or staff engagement. I understand some dogs thrive in that environment, but many do not. Some of my other hesitations are simply due to the limitations of the location itself, such as limited green space, which I understand may be difficult to change given the location in Elk River. After continuing my search, we found another daycare that we now use regularly, and the difference has honestly been night and day, especially considering it is the same price point. They require temperament evaluations before enrollment, group dogs by temperament and play style, provide structured activities and interactive engagement, and maintain an extremely clean facility. I debated writing this review because the staff I personally interacted with were genuinely nice people. However, if I were looking for a daycare for my own dog, these are things I would want to know beforehand.
