I had coupons for $15 off of a large bag of puppy dog food when I bought a small bag. I couldn’t find a large bag of puppy food and someone helped me find it in another aisle.

I typically shop at the Chaska petco and avoid this one. Some of their employees are incredibly nice but some of them are very edgy and you never know what you’re going to get. (Young girl with short brown hair is particularly edgy) I also find it hard to find cashiers half the time when I’m ready to check out. I understand they have tasks they need to complete when there are no lines, but maybe a bell system would be handy to alert employees when someone has been waiting to check out for a while so I don’t have to find someone. I will continue to avoid this petco as much as I possibly can. Chaska is much better!

Horrible experience at this store. Showed up at 8:30. Walked to the fish area and the heavy set gray haired woman promptly said to me “we are closing the fish area”. Didn’t bother to ask if I needed help first or anything. I said it was 8:30 and with a HEAVY SIGH she said she would help me if I was fast. I FaceTimed my wife who was in the vehicle about two parrot cichlids in the unkept tank and she said she wanted them. The rude employee then said “WHERE IS SHE? Is she coming in?” That’s when I offered to leave and take my business card elsewhere that is helping a customer was such a problem to her that we could leave immediately. That’s when two more employees who couldn’t be older than 16 walked to the area and the one with an unkempt Mohawk told me “don’t be rude to my coworker!”. Not a problem kid, we won’t be back to that store ever again. Worst place I’ve been to and those employees can enjoy not working and taking their bosses money for being rude to customers.
