Today I was in there for about 20 minutes and didnt even hear an employee, please note that the staff that has helped me in the past have been very nice and helpful. I ended up leaving without seeing an employee or getting what I needed.

I had to go to the grooming area to ask someone to page an employee to check me out. This is very risky for Petco as unscrupulous folks could easily walk out with merchandise.
