  Their vetco service is one of the worst clinics I have ever seen. Their veterinarian is extremely unprofessional and rude. Was told my medical papers for my cat were fake? Even though 4 other clinics accepted them with zero issues. When asked why they were apparently fake and such, proceeded to get screamed at by the veterinarian. Terrible look considering they’re in a customer service position and can’t handle a simple conversation as a grown adult and who gets upset about someone asking for more information? Would not recommend anyone take their animal there to get service if that’s the kind of people they hire. Not a bad store if you’re not there for the vet services though. Would recommend just going with Banfield or another local animal clinic.

  Every time I come here I count ATLEAST ten dead fish (not including the bettas which are on the verge or dying and typically seen upside down or on the floor). Some of the staff can be friendly while others are just rude and passive aggressive while having no real interest in the animals they are meant to care for. I spoke to an employee letting her know that there were multiple (I counted twenty) dead goldfish in one tank which was causing the others to suffer from ammonia poisoning, she stared at me and groaned before saying it was “on the agenda” and dismissing me. People who don’t care about animals should not work at a pet store, it is unsettling to know the life of these animals are in the hands of somebody who cannot provide proper care.

  There was literally nobody around to check me out - nor was anyone available to help me find what I was looking for, so I went near the side room (by the grooming area) and politely asked the woman if she could please get me some assistance. She didn’t even look at me and put up her finger for me to hold on, and I said “I’m just trying to pay so I can get out of here” and she said “go find someone with a tshirt that says Petco” - and showed me her shirt with Petco written on it, as if I’m an idiot. I said “I literally walked around the whole store and nobody is around” and she rudely starts yelling out the employee’s name and stays seated, not wanting to help me. The other employee she called starts yelling back at her from across the store and I followed the voice and asked that employee “can you just check me out please? I’m trying to leave.” And she’s like “well you gonna have to wait a minute” Then she just proceeded to ignore me. Eventually a nice man heard me and apologized for the rudeness and got me checked out. Do better. It’s literally a slow Thursday afternoon. I was the only person in here. Have some manners, respect, and better customer service. 0/5 if I could. 1/5 because at least ONE person was kind enough to help me.
