  We got a call to come in due to a cancellation for our sick dog who would have otherwise had to wait 36 hours for an open appointment time. The entire staff at the Eagan Banfield all go above and beyond to help and truly love animals. They’re always cheerful and helpful, whether on the phone or in person! We’ve been going here for 15 years and have been super happy with the level of care our dogs receive.

  My kitty cat literally got sick from going there and when i called in the response I got was "well that was over a week a go". It was 9 days. I thought it would go away within a couple days and she just finally got better after 2 weeks. I was told the manager would contact me in regards to having her checked without having to pay a fee, but never heard a word back. Plus her vaccination and the shot they gave her to counteract any side affects made her suffer. This has never been an issue for her, ever!!! Never will I ever go back!!!

  I brought my dog in for an emergency exam I set up an appointment they had sent me a text message code to confirm my appointment. Upon getting there to the Eagan location The girl at the front desk was asking me why I was there I told her I had an appointment @1pm for a drop off. She spoke to me very rudely telling me I didn't have an appointment. I showed her the code on my phone but for some reason their system was not registering that I had an appointment. So I told her that's fine I'll just redo the appointment on my phone quick. Well somebody else walks in for their appointment as soon as I confirm my appointment for the second time. I told her I had just re did the appointment and then she gives me an attitude " oh well we're no longer taking any appointments we're at full capacity" which is absolute bullshit! I was there for my appointment before the other person showed up for thier appointment and The employee seen my confirmation code. So the fact that my dog was turned away when she was going through an emergency is totally unacceptable.

  We have been with Eagan Banfield for a long time. Recently this pass year our dog got really sick. Thanks to the amazing team they have and Dr Ivan everything was able to be figured out for our dog. I am forever grateful to them. Every single staff memeber is wonderful. I truly feel we are cared for when we come to them from regular check ups to something serious like trying to find a diagnosis. All of the features the plan offers for our pets have only benefited us. I can’t imagine how much more money we would have spend over the years for our two pets without Banfield’s plan. Worth every penny.
