    I am extremely disappointed with this visit. My husband brought our cat in for a routine booster, and there were several issues that should not have happened. First, her weight was recorded incorrectly because she was weighed inside her kennel, which added 4.4 lbs and resulted in an inaccurate dosage recommendation. Because of this, she was prescribed the wrong size of Revolution Plus (green box for 11.1–22 lbs), when she actually weighs 7.1 lbs and should have been given the orange box for 5.6–11 lbs. I called as soon as I realized the mistake, but was unable to reach anyone. I was directed to another number, and still have not received any help or resolution. Now I am left with a prescription that is not usable for my cat and have to wait to get into another vet to correct it. On top of that, my cat was stuck three separate times because the correct injection site could not be located, which was very upsetting to learn afterward. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and careless, and I expected a much higher standard of care. I will not be returning to this clinic.

    Why did I make an appointment? I get there and there was four people waiting to check in and they went in order of that list. I had to wait over 45 min for my appointment. I was on time! I was not very happy.
