  Our experience with Vetco Total Care has been profoundly unacceptable. We had two dental appointments scheduled for one of our cats — appointments that were important, planned in advance, and medically necessary. Without any warning or communication, the clinic canceled both. No phone call. No message. No explanation. We were left completely unaware until we reached out ourselves, only to discover that the appointments had been removed without a single attempt to notify us. This is NOT a minor oversight. It is a serious failure in basic professionalism and responsibility. Dental procedures are time‑sensitive, and their negligence has now forced us to scramble for another clinic for one of our cats, delaying essential care and creating unnecessary stress. A veterinary practice that cannot manage the most fundamental task — informing clients of canceled medical appointments — demonstrates a level of disorganization and disregard that is genuinely alarming. The lack of communication, accountability, and respect for both clients and their pets speaks volumes about the clinic’s internal standards. Based on this experience, we will not be returning, and we strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting this clinic with their animals’ health. The level of incompetence we encountered is simply unacceptable. Veterinary care requires trust, empathy, respect, and competence — unfortunately, none of those were present during my visits.

  Dr. Quast and team are amazing! Great listeners, attentive and informative which helped in all my decision making. I appreciate that they were also warm, gentle and personal with my cat, Manda. Frequent follow up calls and text messages from Dr. Quast herself were very helpful to get things moving quickly. I have been to a few other veterinarian hospitals, but I think I'm sticking here going forward. Thanks for everything!!

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Quast. She is incredibly compassionate, takes the time to truly listen, and never makes us feel rushed during appointments. One of the things I appreciate most is that she will literally sit on the floor with my dog, helping her feel comfortable and cared for. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for both pets and their owners make every visit a positive experience. We are so grateful to have found her!

  All the staff was kind Understanding, impatient of my dog’s nervousness to having the check up they were very friendly to me as well thank you
