Petco team is patient and does not rush the grooming experience. Rosie meets me with a wagging tail when done. Mom & Rosie

My dog used to come all white and clean with super soft fur after the grooming in Bloomington, and yesterday he was still brownish and also his fur was rough and stringy. Also there was still goop around his eyes and he didn’t smell great like he used to. Really disappointed and will have to hunt for a different groomer.
