Matthew in the aquarium area was so awesome. He honestly made my day by listening to what I was looking for and then taking me where I needed to go to buy it. I also needed some feeder goldfish and crickets and he patiently netted out the quantity I needed of both (picking the biggest and healthiest ones). Great job sir and you are the reason I shop at this particular location because of your excellent/consistent customer service.

I went into this location around 2:30pm for the meow market event on 9/19 and upon walking in there was nothing set up I spoke with two staff members asking about it and neither knew what was happening. They spoke with a manager and I was informed that the event was delayed for an unspecified time as the manager went on lunch and was late. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, but I am extremely disappointed about the event being delayed as I specifically stopped in for this event and nothing was available, and no one knew what was happening until I questioned it.

I love that they go out of their way to help me, and love slathering attention on my golden retriever!
