- SBShadi BushraSep 15, 20261.0UPDATE: Please be wary of giving this clinic negative reviews. They have cancelled my scheduled re-booster appointment and said they will not see me or my pup again. To be clear, I was not disruptive or angry in my interactions with them. I was obviously upset at the surprise but I was civil. I let other pet owners pet my dog, I spoke to the staff normally, and I paid, scheduled my next visit, and left. They say I was disrespectful to them and I certainly was not. I told the staff that I wish it had been made clear to me that my initial rescheduling would lead to me having to start the vaccination process over. I never raised my voice, acted in a threatening manner, or said anything disrespectful. They clearly do not take criticism well. I would strongly urge anyone to find a different location for their vet services. My wife and I (and our four dogs and two cats) certainly will. Being able to take constructive criticism and adjust accordingly to prevent issues from cropping up is a sign of maturity, not weakness. I wish they would see it the same way. —- Brought my dog in for initial vaccinations. Scheduled boosters four weeks out as recommended. Had to reschedule, which they were happy to do, very kind of them. No one told me that by rescheduling the original vaccinations were no longer valid so instead of coming in for a booster during my newly rescheduled appt I would need to pay for the original vaccine, AND then come back again for the boosters. I wish someone had simply told me that by rescheduling I’d end up paying $340 for a handful of vaccines, after already paying for the initial visit and vaccines. I’m not a vet. I don’t know these things. It would have been simple enough to communicate this issue clearly.
