- JRJohn RApr 30, 20265.0I'm very happy that I found Zeeland Vet Svc. I went to West Ottowa previously and did not have a good experience. Meredith (technician) and Dr Omar were simply amazing. They were very kind and communicative. I didn't feel like they were pushing medicine, services, "fear", which was highly appreciated. The cost of service was also vastly less than I've paid for similar services. Now, instead of dreading the next vet visit, I know that when I need to seek help I can trust that we'll be taken care of.

The vet that seen my dog was rude! She didn’t even let me go back there with him BUT she allowed the next couple to come in with their dog. She didn’t tell me what she was even doing to my dog! I just got slapped with a bill of $300. When I was looking closer at the bill I noticed they charged me for blood work. I NEVER gave them permission to do so and TBH I don’t even think they did blood work on my dog! My dog was in and out in 5 mins! No way in heck did they have enough time to do blood work! They didn’t even tell me the vaccines he was getting I just seen it on the bill! Let alone they didn’t even break down the bill with me. I’ve been holding back saying anything especially at the time of my visit because I was SOO angry with the way I was treated . But this seems to be a reoccurring issue; the past couple of visits they have treated me horrible. I don’t want to throw the race card out there but I truly feel it’s because I’m a minority. I watch the way they treat other people and they don’t give me the same treatment they give others. Truly disgusted with this place & the way they treated me. DO BETTER! Find somewhere else to go because these people are down right horrible! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
