Unfortunately our boy passed away recently, and I’ve been disappointed with Banfield Woodhaven for not extending any condolences since sharing the news with them. The Livonia location has already sent us a really thoughtful card about his passing, and we only went there two times. It makes me question if the staff/veterinarians at Woodhaven really cared for our dog, whom they’ve been taking care of for 11 years. I l think it would’ve been appreciated and the least they could do.

I call this place because it's close to home, they can't get him in until 5 days later (today) because the doctor is booked, completely understandable. After calling around, this was the soonest he could be seen. His appointment was at 9:15 this morning. This company calls me 15 minutes before, telling me that their computer systems are down and I could cancle his appointment or drop my dog off, but there's a good chance the doctor won't be able to see him. I am livid because they said their systems had been acting up over the last couple days, instead of calling me sooner so I can set up an appointment elsewhere, they wait 15 minutes before his appointment to let me know. I just want to get some relief for my poor pup, now he has to wait another week to be seen by a different vet. Thank you Banfield, for letting me know how unreliable you are. I will not be returning to this place again.

She’s usually nervous around men and he calmed her right down. all in all, it was a very positive visit. Yes, I will definitely continue to use Banfield veterinarians in Woodhaven Michigan

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
