I dropped my dog off at 1:30 p.m., and she wasn’t ready until 4:00 p.m. While I understand that grooming appointments can take time, the process felt much longer than expected. About an hour after dropping her off, I stopped in to check on her and found her barking and moaning, which was concerning. I didn’t receive any updates about delays or an estimated completion time. To be fair, my dog looked great when she was finished, and I was happy with the quality of the grooming. However, my dog has been groomed at other locations before, and we’ve never experienced such a long wait. Better communication and more realistic time estimates would have made this a much better experience.
